Yes.
Moving Ariq towards the left most Arena hex forces the Archer to move toward the same hex. Then on move 2, Ariq takes that hex which leaves the archer having to move to where Ariq last stood...still one short of the Arena Hexes.

In solo trial 6, is it possible to place Ariq Böke in such a way that he will block the archer from entering an Arena Space in turn 2, provided he moves both turns?
