As a primus, Nox has both Deflect and Taunt. How these work together is, if you have a unit adjacent to Nox, the unit has to attack Nox if it attacks, because of Taunt. But because of Deflect, if Nox has already been attacked that turn, she can't be attacked again. So after the first attack, any adjacent units to Nox cannot attack that turn at all. Because they have to target Nox with their attacks, but aren't allowed to.
