If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


If a product is received and contains defective components, we are more than happy to replace any components, within reason, at no cost to you.

Please fill out a support ticket HERE, and select "Component Replacement" in the "How can we help you?" section. We do ask that you attach pictures with your request, as it provides us with a way of documenting any manufacturing defects.

Damages to game boxes are subject to review, and may qualify for either store credit or refund depending on the damage. At this time, outside of unsalvageable structural damage, we can no longer offer replacement boxes. Please note, cosmetic dings, dents, and scratches may not qualify for compensation if the damage does not affect gameplay or storage.

As with boxes, small components with light cosmetic dings, dents, and scratches may not qualify for replacement if the damage does not affect gameplay. 

We respectfully ask that you please do not contact our fulfillment partners directly with component replacement questions, as replacement requests are handled and processed by CTG from our US office directly.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unopened and unused.  Shipping fees for the return of an item are non-refundable.  If you would like the address for a return, please contact us to by submitting a ticket HERE.

At this time, we do not have a location for European or international return processing.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We recommend using a tracked method of shipping to return the product, as we will not be able to process a refund without receiving the item.

PLEASE NOTE: Items MUST be returned in salable condition to be eligible for a full refund.  Items that are received in non-salable condition will only receive a partial refund or store credit, unless otherwise agreed upon.



REFUNDS

Once we have received your item, we will restock the undamaged item free of charge. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund based on the method that was used for purchase, sans shipping fees.  Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your card, depending on your bank’s processing times.  


Please note: When items are purchased on sale or discount, such as a convention bundle, CTG reserves the right to refund the sale or discount price only. 


Chip Theory Games orders are forwarded to our fulfillment partners at various times during the week.  For information on forwarding and shipment schedules for these regions, please go HERE.
Orders are generally processed and scheduled for shipment within 24-72 hours of their receipt, unless otherwise stated in the item information or the website. We are more than happy to attempt to contact the fulfillment center and attempt a cancellation in during that time, but once the order has been forwarded for fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible. If an order cannot be cancelled, it will be subject to the above Refund policy.

If an item is purchased within fourteen(14) days of an item sale or bundled pricing being made available, CTG will refund the price difference to the customer on request.  Please note that this refers to item sales only, shipping promotions do not apply.


If a refund is unable to be processed through your card, either due to the age of the transaction or a change in card information, the only alternate refund method currently available is through a PayPal funds transfer.  If you do not have a PayPal account or do not use to wish the service, we can provide you with a coupon for store credit in the amount of your order.

Please note: Refunds will be processed in USD, based upon the original amount paid for the order in USD.


Regarding payments made through Gamefound:


• Within 14 days after the end of the campaign, you can get a full refund without any conditions.

• From the 15th day after campaign end to the day order fulfillment lists are submitted to our partners, you can get a refund minus fees (Gamefound & credit card processing fees - typically 8%) by contacting CTG.


Regarding payments made through the Pledge Manager:


• You can get a full refund without any conditions within 14 days after the payment, not 14 days after the Pledge Manager closes.

• You can get a refund minus fees from the 15th day after the payment to the day order fulfillment lists are submitted to our partners.


The refunds are made by default in USD through the Pledge Manager.


Unfortunately, we are unable to recover these fees on your behalf.
